They replied and told me to remove and resync the Google Calendar integration. I reached out to Todoist support and asked specifically if there was a way to set up that kind of event. It takes forever to sort through and figure out what I’m actually going to do on each day. The only problem was a few recurring meetings that would only show up once on my calendar, instead of every Tuesday (for example). Just a bunch of smart lists at the top and under. My workaround was to create a project in Todoist called Calendar and then I sync my Google calendar events to the Calendar project in Todoist. Once you authorize the integration of Todoist with your Google account, any existing tasks with due dates and times will be automatically added to your Google Calendar. The calendar integration definitely could be better (wish it was). It also cleverly blocks off time in your gCal schedule to ensure you bake in time for myriad projects and tasks. The team reckons it will help busy users to plan out bigger projects, as they'll be better equipped to keep an eye on - and plan for - milestones along the way. Todoist is one of the popular to-do lists. It works well with Google Calendar, so you can see your tasks and manage them along with your calendar events. ToDoIst, Obsidian, and Google Calendar used together might be the best productivity app workflow out there. It's added two-way sync between its task lists and Google Calendar. Google Tasks can work with other Google services, which can be helpful if you use a lot of Google’s services. Todoist's latest upgrade is one that will benefit the busiest of task list-addled users. ![]()
